Applications are accepted for posted opportunities only, and it is hospital policy that a completed application be received in order to process your employment request. Resumes are accepted, but considered supplemental.  Please note that any resume that does not accompany a completed application cannot be considered.

What Happens Once You Submit Your Application?
Once your application is received, it will be processed in our Human Resources Department before it is forwarded to the appropriate director & department for review. If the position is filled or no longer posted, it is always best practice to watch the website for new openings of interest and email the employment coordinator for updates to your position selection once a new position is posted.

Your application will be maintained and considered for future openings as they are posted. Your up-to-date application can be forwarded to the new position desired. Staying actively in touch with the Recruitment Office is encouraged. Email is the best method.

Legal Information
Charlotte Regional will maintain your application for as long as legally required. Upon submitting your application, we will take every effort to review it for proper consideration. Our Human Resources Department will respond to you if you meet the current needs of our hospital. Applicants submitting more than one application at a given time for more than one opening should be aware that only the first received application will be processed. Applicants should submit for their first choice and then follow up with the Recruitment Office for future opportunities.

Drug Testing
All employees agree to be subject to drug testing during employment and must certify that they are drug free before official employment. All employees are to be drug free and certify they will not accept a position with Charlotte Regional if they have any substance abuse issues.
